“Triple Threat”

Come enjoy a fusion workout like none other... We’ll start with a fierce Cardio Kickboxing routine with high-energy, non-stop choreographed drills that transition seamlessly from one to the next. Then, we’ll move on to a fun, group fitness oriented medicine ball routine that focuses primarily on core strength and stability through functional movement. Finally, we’ll cool things down with refreshing, low-impact rhythmic movement that will incorporate balance and flexibility.

“Define Yourself”

Define both your body and your role a Fitness Professional. First, we’ll get motivated by chatting, as a group, about what inspires us to be instructors and trainers in this great industry of ours and how we can commit to being our very best. Then, we’ll enjoy a fun interval workout combining a high-energy step routine with resistance training exercises. A complete workout….for the mind, body and heart of us all! Do what you love – LOVE what you do!

“Dueling Cardio” team-taught with Greg Sims

Kimberly Spreen and Greg Sims team up and go head-to-head to take you on an outrageous non-stop cardio journey.  They’ll take turns leading the group with nothing but FUN and a little ‘friendly competition’ on their minds. You’re sure to enjoy this entertaining duel. Let the games begin because everyone wins!

“Kickbox Bootcamp”

Cardio Kickboxing and Athletic Bootcamp style classes continue to gain in popularity and for good reason – they’re easy to follow, give a fantastic workout and deliver great results! This interval workout gives you the best of both worlds. We’ll match Kickboxing combinations with bootcamp-style cardio drills and strength challenges. Let the fun begin!

“Free Your Mind…Your Body Will Follow”

It’s time to throw out the inhibitions and break through the “fear factor” that often accompanies the simple act of MOVEMENT! We’ll kick things off with a contagious, feel good hi/lo dance routine. Then, we’ll play with easy-to-follow hip-hop line dancing and finish with some soulful, low-impact rhythmic movement. There’s no wrong way to do it as long as you KEEP MOVING; so, everyone can leave feeling successful!!

“5 Star Instructor Training” *Lecture & Practical, 6-8 hrs,

**This course is led by both Kimberly Spreen & Rob Glick

It’s all about making good instructors great and making great instructors SUPERSTARS! This course targets existing, certified instructors who want to develop key advanced fitness instructor skills that are necessary to take one’s class to the next level. We’ll extensively cover areas of leadership, coaching, motivation, class preparation and class delivery. The full training also includes two Master Classes for demonstration and for fun!
